Apple Brompton road is another close cooperation project between apple and foster + partners, which is now open. The new Knightbridge store is located between Harold's department store and Harvey Nichols department store. The arched windows from floor to ceiling fill the place with natural light.

The apple store on Brampton road is composed of one floor and covers an area of square meters. The seven meter high volume is characterized by undulating wood ceilings, with four meter wide floor arched windows and eight elegant banyan trees framed. These trees refer to London's famous Hyde Park, which is only a few steps away from Brompton road. The tree shaded seats at the bottom of each flowerpot become a visual feature and also a social gathering space or rest area for tourists, blurring the boundary between the inside and outside, and bringing nature directly into the building. The natural light is filtered by the leaves and jumps on the inner surface of the store, presenting a mottled appearance.

People enter the shops through the central arcade, which corresponds to the size of the original Brompton arcade built at this precise location in 1903. This central spine is defined by the Castania stone column and four banyan trees, and the base of the banyan tree also has seats. At the end of the tree lined arcade is the forum, which is another focus of the design. As an independent learning and activity space, there is a large video wall. The screen seems to float effortlessly on the surface, and the audio equipment is cleverly integrated in the stone wall. The mirror ceiling made of special stretch fabric enlarges the volume of the forum, creating an uninterrupted reflection plane. A designated apple picking area for collecting online orders, located on the left side of the Avenue area

The terrazzo floor of Apple Brompton road is composed of plant-based biopolymer, which is the first time in Apple's global retail team. Like all Apple facilities, Apple's energy at Brampton road is 100% renewable.
